Invitation for Prequalification of Bidders

The Ministry of Justice is pleased to invite you to take part in bidders' prequalification program. This will qualify you to submit your technical and financial tenders regarding the following projects:

The required documents to be attached to the form: 

• Valid commercial registration certificate 
• Valid GZAT certificate 
• Valid GOSI certificate 
• Valid certificate for chamber of commerce membership 
• Valid investment license if you are licensed under the Foreign Investment Law
• Valid Saudization certificate (Nitaqat) 
• Certified financial statements for the last three years 
• Valid Contractor classification certificate (for projects that require this certificate)
