Enforcement Courts And Panels

Enforcement courts are located in various cities and governorates across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The enforcement court consists of specialized panels. Each panel has one or more judges, as determined by the Supreme Judicial Council. In governorates and sub-governorates where there is no enforcement court, the general courts have enforcement panels.

The enforcement court is competent to enforce the following enforcement instruments:
1. Judgments, decisions and orders issued by courts.
2. Arbitral awards which include the enforcement order in accordance with the Law of Arbitration.
3. Conciliation agreements issued by authorized bodies or endorsed by courts.
4. Negotiable instruments
5. Attested contracts and documents.
6. Judgments, judicial orders, arbitral awards and attested documents issued in a foreign country.
7. Ordinary documents whose content is wholly or partially acknowledged.
8. Other contracts and documents that have the force of an enforcement instrument under the law.
The enforcement court also performs and supervises compulsory enforcement, and hears enforcement disputes of any value according to the provisions of summary proceedings.
