Request SADAD invoice issuance

This electronic service enables the enforcement debtor to apply for the issuance of SADAD invoice of the claim in order to complete repayment

Access The Service

Steps

  1. Log into the Najiz portal using National Single Sign-On
  2. Choose all electronic services
  3. Click on the "enforcement" icon
  4. "Click on "Apply for issuance of SADAD invoice
  5. "Click on "submit a new application
  6. Choose the relevant enforcement order
  7. "Click on "Other motions
  8. "Choose "Apply for issuance of SADAD invoice
  9. Add reason
  10. Save and send
  11. The enforcement debtor is notified once the invoice is issued

Service Requirements

  • A valid PoA, if the applicant is an agent on behalf of the beneficiary or is among the parties in the enforcement application
  • A valid deed of guardianship, if the applicant is the beneficiary's guardian
  • "Application status must be: "Under enforcement
  • Two workdays have passed since referral to the judicial panel
  • Decision 34 has been issued
  • "There is no current SADAD invoice status such as “Invoice being generated” or "Invoice has been generated
  • The motion has not been filed before
