Request Visitation Service
This electronic service enables the enforcement applicant to request a child visitation letter to implement the visitation provisions outlined in the enforcement document filed in the enforcement application

1. Login to the Najiz portal using your National Access (Nafath) account.
2. Select ""All E-Services""
3. Select the ""Enforcement"" category.
4. Access the ""Request Enforcement of Visitation via Associations"" service.
5. Click the ""Submit New Request"" icon.
6. Select ""Enforcement Request""
7. Select ""Request Enforcement of Visitation via Associations"".
8. Specify the reason.
9. Click the ""Submit Request"" icon"
<ul style="direction: ltr;"><li> The service is available only after logging in and selecting the main instrument type (Personal – Visit). </li><li> If the application is submitted by an agent, the validity of the power of attorney must be verified. </li><li> The status of the enforcement application must be either (In Progress) or (Partially completed). </li><li> There must be no pending application for the same type of procedure on the same enforcement application. </li><li> At least 7 days must have elapsed since the date of submission of the previous application if its status was (Completed or Rejected). </li><li> There must be a procedure request of the type (Termination / Grace Period) with a status of (In Progress) for Decision No. 34 </li><li> The enforcement period must have expired following notification, and there must be no active enforcement decision through associations. </li></ul>
