To enhance digital transformation, the Ministry of Justice has joined the Etimad
government procurement e-platform, which provides Ministry of Finance services to various
public and private entities. The platform extends essential services such as the
management of contracts, budget, and payments; in addition to the management of tenders,
procurement and financial rights. The platform standardizes and streamlines procedures for
government tenders and procurement in all public sectors. It also supports transparency
between government agencies and suppliers, ease of procedures for suppliers, and access to
the largest number of them; which boosts competitiveness and quality.
The Etimad financial services platform has been adopted for the management of MoJ tenders.
