​This e-service allows you to file inquiries or complaints of different types and categories, and track their status through the Judicial Communication (1950) page.

Service steps

1Log into the Najiz portal at https://najiz.sa.

2Click on “Judicial Communication 1950.”

3Click on “Create New Ticket.”

4Choose the type of ticket based on the entity you want to contact.

5Choose the primary and secondary category and upload any relevant documents.

6Click on “Send” to submit your ticket. You will receive an SMS with your ticket number on your registered mobile number.

7You will receive another SMS when your ticket is resolved.

The documents you need to attach depend on the entity and category you select.


Post-service procedures

1 The system automatically sends your ticket to the appropriate entity.

2 The service is monitored and evaluated to improve its speed and quality.

3 The service may ask you for more information if needed. You will be notified by SMS.

4 You will be notified by SMS when your ticket is resolved.

5 You can appeal the resolution by filling out a form that you will receive by SMS or through the Judicial Communication (1950) page.
